This role helps turn risk-based program design into practice that creates a genuine culture of integrity throughout the business.Compliance programs succeed when strategic direction translates into how people work. Compliance leadership sets the vision and tone for the compliance program; this role operationalizes that vision across portfolio companies through policies, training, communications, and initiatives that embed compliance and a culture of integrity in daily operations.What You'll DoCompliance Program Management & GovernanceExecute and oversee the compliance program as designed and directed by Compliance leadership; ensure consistent implementation across portfolio companiesDevelop compliance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards; support executive and board reporting on program effectivenessEnsure consistency across portfolio companies while allowing entity-specific tailoring based on risk and business needsPolicies & TrainingDevelop and maintain comprehensive compliance policiesDesign role-based training programs tied to behavioral compliance and ethics; track completion and maintain audit-ready recordsSupport regulatory change monitoring and policy updates as neededEthics, Culture & Speaking UpOversee Code of Conduct updates, communication, and governanceDesign and execute ethics culture initiatives and leadership communications that drive behavioral changeMonitor compliance helpline, manage initial triage, and escalate as neededTrack helpline and compliance reports; maintain documentation; support investigations as directedCompliance Monitoring, Data & TechnologyDevelop compliance dashboards, data analytics capabilities, and reporting frameworksImplement data and AI tools for compliance monitoring, insights, and automationManage compliance technology stack and integrations; support risk assessments and monitoring as directedCross-Functional SupportPartner with Legal, IT, Finance, HR, and other functions on compliance initiativesServe as internal resource for compliance guidance and process rollout assessmentsRequired QualificationsDemonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and credibility; ability to model compliance and ethical values3–5+ years of compliance, policy development, governance, or operations management in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, finance, fintech, or similar)Experience executing and managing corporate compliance operationsDemonstrated experience with ethics culture, tone at the top, or behavioral compliance initiativesData analysis skills and ability to work with compliance technology systems and toolsStrong writing and communication skillsWorking knowledge of compliance frameworks (DOJ ECCP principles)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related fieldCCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or related relevant certificationExperience in insurance or financial servicesFamiliarity with data analytics tools, AI/automation in compliance, or compliance tech platformsYou take care of the work.
