SummaryThis job description is to outline the responsibilities and daily tasks of the Milk Receiving Operator. This role has a responsibility for ensuring both food safety and quality of Chobani product.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that safety is number one priority and that all safety policies are followedTaking samples and visually inspecting all milk trucks to be unloadedEnsure that trucks are unloaded/loaded safely and efficientlyEnsure that all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficientlyKeep truck bays clean and clear so that trucks can move in and out efficientlyKeep track of cleaning timers for silos so that they are washed in a timely mannerHook up silos for CIP in a safe and timely mannerWork closely with the QA team for sample resultsMake sure all GMPs are followedOther duties as assignedFollow Chobani's safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.Cross trained to operate and run scale house as needed per business needs.RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalentDairy experience preferredBasic math skillsBasic computer skillsAble to multi-taskTrouble shooting skillsGood communication skillsUnderstand and follow GMPsWalking on wet floorsBe able to lift 75 lbsServe as back up in the absence Milk Receiving OperatorAbout UsChobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
