Production Lead
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Hours: Monday thru Thursday (8pm – 6:30am)
Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00
Job Details:
Direct and coordinate assembly and manufacturing activities to maximize productivity
Inspect products to verify that assembly and production quality and specifications are met
Lead, train, and motivate existing and new employees
Responsible for the directing the work effort, conduct, and appraisal of personnel.
Ability to perform other duties to cover absences or relief.
2+tears of forklift experience
2+ years of machine operating experience
