The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring satisfaction. Core duties include identifying customer needs, providing product recommendations, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and improve customer experience to meet organizational goals.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with experience building and maintaining client relationshipsProven expertise in customer service and account management strategiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze customer needs, provide solutions, and identify growth opportunitiesOrganizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM software and basic business applications desiredKnowledge of agriculture, dairy, or livestock industries is an assetBachelor’s degree in Animal or Dairy Science, or equivalent work experience.
