Based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, we are a proud and diverse team dedicated to client satisfaction and saving water – our most precious resource. We are seeking a Water Treatment Account Manager with a background in cooling tower operations and account management. This key role involves overseeing service accounts, managing service leads and schedules, and maintaining professional client communication. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between our water treatment/equipment services and our clients, ensuring that our service delivery meets and exceeds expectations. This is a full-time, in-office role that initially requires some travel around the US. This role reports to the Director of Operations. Role Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical aspects of a full-service water treatment business Evaluate risk management for each customer and proactively evade dissatisfaction or lost business, ultimately driving retention throughout the customer life cycle by building strong, long-term relationships with customers and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to client needs Ensure that service personnel are operating in conformance with established business processes 75% travel will be required to engage with customers and accounts Key Qualifications: Experience in water treatment chemistry, water testing, reporting writing, fault finding and implementing corrective actions Strong people-management, organizational, collaborative, inspirational, analytical, influencing, and motivational skills Technical expertise with cooling tower water treatment Understanding of cooling systems for industrial HVAC systems, chillers and compressors Proven track record in Water Treatment aftermarket management, including experience in building client relationships, strategic planning, and managing teams Experience in electrochemical treatment is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Account management: 1 year (Required) Water treatment: 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
