Our client, a leading risk and compliance advisory organization serving the financial services industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager / Program Execution Leader to drive a complex, enterprise-wide Quote-to-Cash transformation through go-live and stabilization.We are immediately hiring for this seasoned transformation leader who can quickly bring structure, accountability and executive-level judgment to a high-priority program already in flight.The role reports to a highly regarded transformation leader known for providing clear direction, thoughtful guidance and meaningful autonomy.This is a fast-moving environment with an aggressive timeline. Success requires someone who can identify the true critical path, challenge unrealistic assumptions, lead with data, and keep a complex team moving without unnecessary escalation.Occasional travel to PA but otherwise remote.What You'll DoBuild and manage an integrated QTC program plan with clear milestones, dependencies, owners and dates.Identify critical-path risks, blockers and decisions that could impact delivery.Drive accountability across business, technology, process and executive stakeholders.Lead daily execution rhythms and track commitments through completion.Challenge timelines and assumptions when needed.Provide concise, data-driven executive reporting focused on material risks and decisions.Recognize process breakdowns, engage the right SMEs and drive resolution.Balance rigor with pragmatism to maintain momentum.Lead the program through go-live and the subsequent hypercare/stabilization period.What We're Looking ForSignificant experience leading complex Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or similar enterprise transformation programs.Strong working experience with Certinia (ideally) or MS Project.Deep expertise in integrated planning, dependencies, critical-path management, risk management and executive reporting.Experience stepping into programs already underway and bringing structure to incomplete or fragmented plans.Consulting or transformation leadership background with strong process orientation.Ability to challenge dates, assumptions and commitments credibly and constructively.Executive presence and sound judgment around what requires escalation versus resolution within the team.Calm, direct and data-driven communication style.Low-ego leadership style with the ability to influence senior executives and SMEs.Comfortable operating with imperfect information and determining what is "good enough" to keep moving.Experience with enterprise systems implementations, finance and operational transformation, post-acquisition integration, process standardization, go-live readiness and post deployment hypercare is highly relevant.
