You'll provide guidance and support to staff, help residents with daily activities, and ensure high-quality care in a positive, mission-driven environment.What You Will Do Collaborate with your team to develop and implement individualized treatment plansEnsure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for the individuals we serveProvide direct assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and hygieneSupport household routines such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportationMaintain accurate financial records and safeguard personal belongingsTrain and mentor Direct Care Professionals to deliver high-quality carePromote meaningful community engagement through employment, recreation, and volunteer opportunitiesServe as a hands-on leader who models professionalism, positivity, and empathyWhat You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of full-time related experience OR 2 years of college in a related field with 1 year of full-time related experienceValid driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicleAbility to complete required certifications (Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid) within designated timeframesWhy You Will Love This Role This is more than just a job.
