You will be part of the New Oxford Operations Team at Signify and its responsibilities are providing high quality parts, safely, and on-time, so dedication, attention to detail, and customer first must be in your DNA.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!What You’ll DoSafely carry or push ladles of molten metal and pours metal into sand molds.Charge and clean furnace safely to control the furnace and temperature levelsMoves sand, castings, flasks, or other materials about foundrySkims slag from surface of molten metalYour QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust have reliable transportation to and from workMust have the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and other foundry personnelMust have the ability to use hand tools and larger mechanical machines in the casting processRequired to wear Personal Protective Equipment plus face shield, pouring jacket and pants, leather leggings and double gloves; Ability to stand during assigned shiftMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
