Internship Opportunity: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition InternOnboarding & Orientation SupportBRC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team with onboarding, orientation, and recruitment coordination efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment logistics within a mission-driven nonprofit organization.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with new hires, staff, and candidates in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare onboarding and orientation materials for new hiresAssemble and package employee welcome kits and swag itemsSupport the coordination and execution of new hire orientation sessionsEnsure orientation rooms, technology, supplies, and logistics are fully preparedAssist with taking employee photos for ID badges and internal systemsHelp ensure all required onboarding paperwork and employment forms are completed accurately and on timeTrack onboarding documentation and follow up on missing itemsAssist the recruitment team with interview scheduling and candidate coordinationCommunicate professionally with candidates, new hires, and internal staffSupport general HR administrative projects and special assignments as neededMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate informationQualificationsCurrent undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesComfortable using Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceProfessional demeanor and customer-service mindsetInterest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or employee experiencePreferred SkillsExperience coordinating events, meetings, or administrative processesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsWhat You'll GainExposure to HR operations and onboarding processes within a large nonprofit organizationExperience supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiativesProfessional development and networking opportunitiesHands-on experience in a collaborative HR environmentThis internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, or Organizational Development.
