Contracts Processor

Purpose: To process all contracts, credit reports, and report credit standings, while ensuring all compliance and company policies are adhered to by all staff.Duties And Responsibilities Typing and verifying all contracts Run credit reports and reporting information Maintain inventory reports Verifying and reporting equity reports Compiling files Maintaining accounting for monies received All other duties as assigned Job RequirementsEducation, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience: High School Diploma/GED Prior Administrative experience Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Extremely detail-oriented Time management Multitask Computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Word, and all basic computer programs Type efficiently and accurately Flexible schedule
