Clinical Director (BCBA)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated BCBA to step into the role of Clinical Director and guide our Westfield team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Director, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients and professional development for our staff.
Clinical Leadership & Oversight: Supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Program Development: Manage the design, implementation, and fidelity of individualized, client-centered treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead parent and caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills and maintain strong, supportive partnerships.
Clinical Excellence: Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, analyze data to guide clinical decisions, and prepare detailed reports for insurance authorizations.
Operational Management: Collaborate with other leadership members to uphold company-wide standards and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
Proven leadership abilities and a desire to mentor clinical staff.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A deep commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach.
