We are seeking a full time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for our corporate office located in Chicago. This position reports to the CFO and will interact with all corporate departments and outside location managers.Position SummarySuccessful candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in accounts payable and good administrative skills.Responsibilities:Handles accounts payable from data entry to check printingResearch vendor statements, phone calls and discrepanciesFile paid invoicesPerform a wide range of administrative duties supporting the CFO and Finance Department.Education, Knowledge and Experience Some college preferred but not requiredAt least 5 years of related experienceStrong organizational skills and detail orientedStrong computer and analytical abilities requiredMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
