(W2) - The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.As a WorkForce Software (WFS) Configuration Engineer you will to support the ATLAS Program, a large-scale workforce management transformation impacting over 55,000 employees across the United States and Canada.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced WorkForce Software professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading configuration efforts, and partnering with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain WorkForce Software solutions supporting enterprise workforce management processesConfigure and support WorkForce Software modules including:Time & AttendanceSchedulingAbsence Case TrackingReportingIntegrationsPartner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutionsTroubleshoot configuration issues and support system stability and data integrityParticipate in testing, validation, and deployment activities across multiple program wavesEnsure compliance with U.S. and Canadian timekeeping and labor regulationsDevelop and maintain configuration standards, documentation, and change historiesProvide post-production support and act as a WorkForce Software Subject Matter Expert (SME)Preferred QualificationsCurrent WorkForce Software CertificationMultiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experienceExperience configuring WorkForce Software modules such as:Time & AttendanceSchedulingAbsence ManagementReportingIntegrationsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBachelor's DegreeDesired QualificationsExperience supporting WorkForce Software within manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of union and non-union workforce requirementsUnderstanding of complex manufacturing shift operations and schedulingExperience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments (10,000+ employees)Familiarity with Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirementsExperience integrating WorkForce Software with HRIS, Payroll, or enterprise systemsOur client is most interested in applicants who can:Think beyond standard configurations to solve complex business challengesNavigate ambiguity and drive meaningful outcomesBalance technical requirements with user experienceBuild strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groupsDeliver results while maintaining exceptional attention to detailIf you are interested in this WorkForce Software (WFS) Configuration Engineer job located in Dearborn, MI please apply.
