About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in psychological testing and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. This role focuses on comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for children, adolescents, and adultsPerform psychological testing including emotional/personality assessments, psychoeducational evaluations, vocational rehabilitation evaluations, neuropsychological screening, Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations (ADOS-2), and pre-surgical psychological assessmentsInterpret assessment data and prepare detailed psychological reportsProvide diagnostic feedback and clinical recommendations to clients and referring providersCollaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinical team membersMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationProvide clinical supervision as neededSupervise Post-Doctoral Fellows as the psychological testing department expandsQualificationsDoctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited programActive Florida Psychologist licenseMinimum 1 year of experience in psychological testing and evaluationStrong report writing and diagnostic skillsSupervisory experience preferredExperience with ADOS-2 and pre-surgical evaluations strongly preferredBenefitsFull-time W-2 positionComprehensive benefits packageSupportive clinical and administrative environmentOpportunities for leadership and professional growthOpportunity to help expand a growing psychological testing department
