We're adding Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.Requirements:Manufacturing or shop experience requiredMill and/or lathe experience strongly preferred (huge plus)Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to use basic hand tools and measuring devicesComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamDependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnJob Duties:Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications to ensure accurate buildsAssist with general shop duties, including material handling and preparation of partsUse hand tools and basic measuring instruments to complete assembly tasksSupport machining operations as needed, including mill and lathe-related processes (if experienced)Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesFollow all safety procedures and company manufacturing standardsBenefits:Good Weekly Pay - You work hard, we pay fastBenefits That Cover You - Medical, dental, vision, disability insuranceFuture-Proof Perks - Optional 401(k) + life insuranceRespect for the Grind - No micromanaging.
