Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for document management processes including but not limited to:Check incoming paperwork (original trust documents, original estate planning documents, etc.) and scanning/filing of the sameMonitor scanning and document queuesCreate or update records with new files and informationShip and retrieve closed documents to/from offsite storage vendorFollow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and informationDuties that support the Support Services Team including but not limited to:Process incoming receipts, i.e. tax refunds, real estate income, income on miscellaneous assets, ILIT contributionsProcess outgoing remittances, i.e. amounts due for balance due/estimated taxes, real estate taxes, insurance premiumsProvide tax information to WM&T staff as requestedPrepare tax returns/payments due for mailingPerform maintenance to data on trust accounting platformOther duties and projects as assignedProvide office coverage and support in emergency situationsMinimum Job RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; BA/BS preferredExperience: Banking or trust experience requiredSpecific SkillsProficient computer application skills in word processing and spreadsheets (Word, Excel)Self-motivated and dependableAbility to learn trust system and new technologyProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional grammar, spelling and business writing skillsAbility to prioritize and organize workAbility to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a teamAbility to maintain confidentialityMust be detail orientedProfessional appearance and demeanorPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
