We go beyond typical data-driven approaches or pure transformer-only architectures, combining rigorous engineering with learning systems proven in globally deployed solutions that deliver results today and get better every time our robots run in the field.FieldAI is seeking Enterprise Account Executives focused on the construction industry to help grow our early enterprise customer base.In this role, you will own strategic construction accounts and lead complex sales cycles for FieldAI’s autonomy, perception, and mapping platforms. You will work with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and long term account growth.This role is hybrid/remote and requires travel.What You'll Do:Own a portfolio of strategic construction enterprise accounts and drive multi-year revenue growth through land, expand, and renew motionsLead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, engaging executives, operations leaders, and technical stakeholdersDevelop account strategies that align FieldAI’s autonomy, perception, and mapping capabilities with construction business objectives and operational KPIsAct as the primary customer owner, coordinating across solutions engineering, product, and customer successIdentify expansion opportunities across additional deployments, job sites, and construction use casesRepresent FieldAI in executive briefings, on-site meetings, and construction industry eventsProvide structured customer feedback to inform product direction, packaging, and go-to-market strategySupport and mentor other enterprise sellers as the construction GTM motion scalesWhat You Bring:7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainmentProven success closing complex, high-value deals with large construction or industrial enterprisesExperience selling technical platforms or infrastructure software into construction, AEC, industrial, robotics, or physical-world industriesStrong executive presence with the ability to build trust at the VP and C-suite levelConsultative selling approach focused on ROI, operational outcomes, and long-term partnershipsComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving productsStrong CRM discipline and data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecastingWhat Sets You Apart:Experience selling emerging or category-defining technology such as autonomy, robotics, digital twins, or AI platformsFamiliarity with construction workflows, jobsite operations, or large-scale physical deploymentsBackground partnering closely with product and engineering teams on technical solutionsTrack record expanding accounts from pilot deployments to enterprise-wide adoptionExperience influencing go-to-market strategy in early- or growth-stage companiesAbility to balance new logo acquisition with long-term account expansion in strategic construction accountsOur salary range is generous and we consider each individual’s background and experience when determining final compensation.
