We're Hiring: Bilingual Safety SpecialistJoin PIPESTONE and help us keep our team safe!What You'll Do:Investigate workplace injuries and identify root causesConduct safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA/MNOSHADevelop and deliver safety training for animal agriculture employeesSupport site managers and employees with safety programsTravel across multiple states to ensure safety standardsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent (additional training preferred)1+ year of job site safety experienceKnowledge of OSHA regulationsStrong communication and training skillsValid driver's licenseBilingual (Spanish) preferredWork Environment:Sow farms, feed millsExposure to machinery and live animalsFrequent travel to MO, KS, IL, IN, IA & WI
