Service Technician - Bristow

Bobcat of N. Virginia, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our growing team in Bristow, VA. We sell, rent and service industry-leading Bobcat compact equipment and other top-of-the-line construction machinery used across Northern Virginia's commercial, residential and agricultural projects.Position overviewAs a Service Technician, you will perform diagnostic, maintenance and repair work on Bobcat skid steers, compact track loaders, excavators, tractors and related equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, takes pride in quality workmanship and values working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Bobcat and other compact construction equipmentPerform scheduled maintenance, hydraulic and electrical repairs and component replacementsMaintain shop tools and equipment in safe working conditionAccurately complete service reports and communicate repair needs to service advisors and customersQualifications:2 - 4 years of experience as a Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Bobcat, Kubota, Caterpillar, John Deer or similar brands preferred)Technical or vocational training in diesel, mechanical or heavy equipment repair a plusAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely in a shop or field service environmentMust provide personal tools for useStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detailWe offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental and Life insurance, 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan w/ Company Match, Profit Sharing Plan, PTO / Paid Holidays, Boot Allowance, Training & Development
