This individual will play a hands-on role in the restoration, repair, and performance validation of elite and one-of-a-kind vintage European vehicles, with a strong emphasis on Porsche platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technician who thrives in a precision-driven environment, enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges, and takes pride in delivering craftsmanship at the highest level. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering competitive hourly pay, relocation support, and the chance to work on some of the most iconic vehicles in the automotive world. Day-to-Day:Perform full vehicle tear-downs, restorations, assemblies, and upgrades on vintage European vehiclesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, and performance-related issuesInstall and integrate powertrain, suspension, braking, interior, and specialty systemsConduct system testing, performance validation, and road testingCollaborate with fabrication, body, interior, and project management teamsResearch, recommend, and source OEM, aftermarket, and custom componentsDocument diagnostics, labor, materials, and inspection findingsEnsure all work meets internal quality, safety, and procedural standards Must-Haves:6+ years of hands-on experience in motorsports, high-performance automotive, or specialty European repair/restoration shopsStrong experience working on classic European vehicles (Porsche highly preferred; BMW, Mercedes, VW/Audi acceptable)Proven experience with CIS fuel systems, carburetors, and electronic fuel injection (EFI)Advanced diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and fuel systemsAbility to independently troubleshoot and solve complex vehicle issuesHigh attention to detail with a craftsmanship-focused mindsetValid driver’s license (required for road testing)Ability to supply professional-grade automotive toolsFluent in English (verbal and written)High school diploma or equivalent Plusses:ASE certificationFormal technical training in automotive technology, motorsports engineering, or advanced diagnosticsBosch fuel system experienceExperience with MoTeC and/or MFI systemsFabrication experienceBackground in vintage Porsche restoration or race vehiclesCompensation: $36/hr to $40/hr.
