This role is critical to ensuring predictable, high-quality monthly releases across a complex environment consisting of web services and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS, Android, Windows).This is a Remote Work-from-Home full-time position.Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams Coordinate cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOps Drive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling Ensure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases Run daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolution Track progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership Ensure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teams Improve communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders Continuously refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processes Introduce best practices for managing high-frequency, multi-platform releases Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiency Help standardize release checklists, documentation, and operational playbooks Work with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliabilityRequirements Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field 6–10 years of project management experience in software development environments Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and release cycles Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows) Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams Ability to manage complexity, track dependencies, and drive execution under tight timelinesJob Benefits Retirement fund contribution Paid vacationCompensation$100,000 - $220,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Application Process Reply with your resume (PDF or Word) to jobs.2019 (at) jollytech.com with subject “JOL-PJM-UT-032026” Include your desired salary List 3-5 concise bullet points highlighting your top strengths and measurable achievementsReturn to list
