Outside Sales Representative

Job Description Description: Develop productive B2B relationships with referring medical practices and self-insured companies, for Orthopedic, Pain, and PT service lines in the DFW market. In addition to driving new business, there will be opportunity to further expand existing relationships. Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Core Responsibilities:Call on local Medical practices and Self-insured Companies to develop referral relationships focused on Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Physical TherapyDevelop new and existing relationshipsFacilitate incoming referrals through designated tracking channelsCustom tracking will be in place for identification of new guestTrack and report on all guest volume and sources Assist with Design and Maintenance tracking processLead Tracking and ScoreboardProvide weekly/monthly reporting on referral tracking to Executive teamGuest VolumeReferral Volume and PatternsWork with VP of Business Development to expand regionally once at scale in DFW MarketCreate and execute on sales goals and targetsComp is base salary + 50$ per new guest completed visit, as indicated by agreed upon tracking sources and channelsMileage and agreed upon expense reimbursementMust be an independent self-starter that is comfortable with independence and accountability Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare xaygatp Sales Exhibits behaviors consistent with motivated sales professional Must be able to triage multiple referrals and update their status regularlyAbility to work full time Monday-FridayAbility to demonstrate professional communication, and work well with othersMust be able to learn our patient management systems and tracking platformsMust be detail oriented and organizedMust have a high school diplomaMust be proficient with Outlook, Excel
