ServiceNow Architect

Our client combines their technology and real estate expertise to offer innovative IT solutions to enhance business intelligence and workplace efficiency. They are hiring a ServiceNow Architect on a contract and fully remote basis to carry out implementation on ITOM & ITAM.Responsibilities: As the ServiceNow Architect, you will design, develop and implement ServiceNow platform solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices. Lead and participate in ServiceNow development projects, ensuring adherence to established development guidelines, architectural principles and governance processes. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring the implementation follows industry best practices and standards. Perform ServiceNow platform configuration, customization and integration with other systems and technologies. Skillset: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar. Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including architecture design, development, configuration and customization. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM). In-depth understanding of ServiceNow UI builder, workflows, UI policies, scripting (JavaScript), integrations and reporting. Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, including user roles and access control, security setup and configuration management.
