Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will work with adults with disabilities, providing nursing care and support in alignment with our mission to uplift and empower our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care and assessments for adults with disabilities. - Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual needs. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. - Educate and support clients and their families regarding care plans and health management. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
