You'll be calling homeowners from company-provided lists, introducing them to Monaco Roofing, and booking qualified roof inspection appointments.We build leaders from within.SDR: Months 0 to 6Learn the script, the CRM, and the rhythm of the role. Hit your targets and earn bonuses from day one.Senior SDR & Coach: Months 6 to 18Take ownership of your results and start mentoring the newer callers coming up behind you. Higher earning potential follows.Calling Team Manager: Month 18 and BeyondStep into a leadership seat.
