About UsAcres of Diamonds is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking cycles of homelessness by providing a caring community for women and children. As one of the few programs in Eastern King County serving this population, we focus on healing through relationships and rely on a strong network of residents, staff, volunteers, and donors to fulfill our mission.We are entering an exciting season of growth—including a new campus addition, an Early Learning Center, and expansion from serving 18 to 35 families—and are seeking a strategic leader to help scale our operations.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Director of Administration to serve as a key member of our senior leadership team. This role partners closely with the COO and CFO to lead and integrate Human Resources, Facilities, Information Technology, and administrative operations.This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and supporting mission-driven growth.What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership·      Partner with executive leadership on organizational strategy and operations·      Build scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth·      Monitor key metrics and deliver insights for data-informed decision-makingHuman Resources (35–40%)·      Lead full-cycle HR: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll (BambooHR), benefits, and compliance·      Strengthen culture, performance management, and professional development·      Ensure equitable and legally compliant HR practicesFacilities (35–40%)·      Provide oversight of facilities operations during a major campus expansion·      Support and guide the Facilities Manager and team·      Oversee maintenance planning, capital needs, and risk managementInformation Technology (15–20%)·      Manage outsourced IT provider and internal IT support·      Guide implementation of systems and infrastructure to support expansion·      Ensure efficient and effective use of technology across the organizationAdministration & Finance Partnership·      Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, reporting, and financial processes·      Support dashboards, reporting, and administrative systems alignment·      Oversee capital grant administration and general operationsWhat You Bring·      Passion for Acres of Diamonds’ mission and values·      Active Christian faith and church involvement·      Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)·      7+ years of leadership experience in HR, operations, or administration·      Strong expertise in HR (recruiting, payroll, compliance, employee relations)·      Experience building systems in growing or changing organizations·      Financial acumen and comfort working with budgets and reporting·      Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities·      Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications·      Nonprofit or fund accounting experience·      Experience working with a fractional CFO or outsourced finance model·      Background in faith-based or trauma-informed environments·      Familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems·      Project management experienceWhy Join Acres of Diamonds?·      Be part of a mission-driven organization transforming lives·      Help shape operations during a critical period of expansion·      Work with a collaborative and passionate leadership team·      Make a meaningful impact in your community every dayApply TodayIf you’re a strategic and relational leader with a passion for operational excellence and transformational impact, we’d love to hear from you.
