You will personally produce new business while supporting daily office operations and holding our team accountable to their goals. This is not a purely administrative role; we need someone who leads by example through their own production while keeping the office running at the highest level.ResponsibilitiesPersonally produce new business daily across auto, fire, life and health product linesSupport and coach team members toward their individual production goalOversee daily office operations and workflowCoordinate between in office and remote team memberLiaise with our dedicated service team to ensure exceptional customer experiencePrepare and review daily and weekly production reportsRun daily team huddles and contribute to a positive high-performance cultureBe the agency's anchor when the owner is working remotelyCollaborate with the agency owner on operational strategies and team developmentQualificationsActive Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses requiredState Farm agency experience strongly preferredProven personal production track recordPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in agency management systems and Microsoft OfficeHigh integrity — non negotiableSelf motivated and independently accountableCompensation and BenefitsMonthly and quarterly performance bonusesAnnual production growth bonusTotal earning potential: $70,000 - $90,000Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
