Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Psychologist, based in Bristol, RI. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide therapy and counseling to clients, and deliver specialized care to meet individual mental health needs. Additional responsibilities include developing treatment plans, maintaining detailed documentation of sessions and assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and adhering to ethical and professional guidelines relevant to psychology practice. Qualifications Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health care, including knowledge of psychological principles, evidence-based practices, and mental health treatmentsProficiency in conducting Psychological Assessments and formulating treatment plansStrong skills in Counseling and the delivery of therapeutic interventionsFamiliarity with medical and mental health terminology, and the ability to collaborate with other professionals for integrated careLicensed Psychologist with a valid license to practice in the state of Rhode IslandExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with clients across diverse backgroundsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to professional ethics and standardsDoctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling PsychologyExperience working in clinical, therapeutic, or counseling settings is highly desirable
