DescriptionOffice AssistantLocation: Taft,CAEmployment Type:Full-timeSalary: 21-22 HourlyDate Posted: 04/29/2026About The RoleThe Office Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and office support to program staff and management under the supervision of the Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Program Director. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, handlingmailand faxes,maintainingoffice supplies, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and spreadsheets, managing invoices, and supporting special projects.
