The company serves customers through Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), eCommerce, and retail channels, with a strong emphasis on innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.About the RoleThe Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis activities. This role partners closely with leadership teams across Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, and Wholesale channels to provide financial insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & ForecastingLead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.Develop monthly, quarterly, and long-term financial forecasts.Build and maintain financial models for business planning and growth initiatives.Analyze revenue trends, expenses, and key business drivers.Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.Financial Analysis & ReportingPrepare monthly financial reporting packages and variance analyses.Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics.Analyze:Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Gross Margin TrendsInventory PerformanceConduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.Identify financial risks and growth opportunities.Business Partnership & Strategic SupportPartner with department leaders on budget planning and spending controls.Support pricing strategy and margin optimization initiatives.Evaluate ROI on operational and strategic projects.Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to improve financial performance.Provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.Experience supporting Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), eCommerce, or consumer products businesses.Required SkillsStrong financial modeling and forecasting skills.Knowledge of eCommerce metrics such as:CACLTVROASConversion RatesInventory ManagementExperience with ERP systems and financial planning software.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar BI tools.Background in supplements, health & wellness, consumer products, or eCommerce industries.Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.Experience with cash flow management and working capital analysis.Familiarity with AI-powered finance and FP&A automation tools.Experience supporting multi-location retail or wholesale operations.Pay range and compensation packageFully remote work opportunity (eligible locations apply).Opportunity to influence strategic growth initiatives.Exposure to DTC, eCommerce, and wholesale business models.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Career advancement within a growing wellness company.Competitive compensation package.Equal Opportunity StatementLifeSeasons is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
