Consultant, SYNCHRO 4D Construction

Location: Home Based, Columbia, ChiliPosition Summary: Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to join our Bentley Infrastructure Cloud team as a SYNCHRO consultant. This role involves delivering training, consulting, configuration services and creating training content on Bentley’s Infrastructure Cloud applications, Specifically SYNCHRO 4D Pro. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing our software users’ business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs.ResponsibilitiesDeliver consulting, configuration, and training services on Bentley’s construction management applications to existing and new software users.Provide transition support between versions of Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications.Configure Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications to project specifications.Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and benchmarks.Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.Collaborate with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input.Serve as the primary liaison between the company and software users.Develop and conduct technical presentations for existing and prospective users.Create learning content in the form of written documentation, videos, and webinars.This role may involve traveling approximately 25% of the time.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.Experience with Bentley software such as SYNCHRO, ProjectWise, or other related industry software.Advanced knowledge of SYNCHRO 4D Pro is required.Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate, configure, present training, and consult on Bentley construction management applications.Ability to work on significant professional services projects with little supervision and lead others when needed.Experience with and knowledge of construction workflows and best practices.Ability to travel internationally if required.Preferred QualificationsSpanish Speaking a plusExperience with video production software like TechSmith’s Camtasia® or equivalent Adobe tools.Experience with Design software such as Bentley Open products, Revit, Civil 3D and other related industry software.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
