The candidate will provide technical guidance, support project delivery, and help the team follow technical best practices. Key Responsibilities: \* Provide technical guidance and solutions to support project completion. \* Define and implement coding standards and technical best practices. \* Guide team members in improving technical capabilities and productivity. \* Ensure compliance with established processes and standards. \* Participate in technical discussions and code reviews. \* Evaluate technical alternatives, architecture approaches, technical risks, and effort estimates. \* Support technical feasibility studies and break requirements into components. \* Prepare project status reports and help minimize project risks. \* Support escalation resolution and overall project delivery.
