Classroom Floater

**Job Overview** We are seeking reliable full time floater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience that prepares children for future success. **Responsibilities** - Plan and deliver engaging and interactive educational activities that meet the needs of our preschoolers - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our school's curriculum and goals - Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children, including administering first aid when necessary - Encourage and support children's physical and emotional development through play-based activities - Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs - Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents - Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment - Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
