Apply via Dice today!Required ExperienceDevOps & Cloud Infrastructure:Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js ecosystemDeep understanding of AWS CDK constructs, stacks, and appsExperience with AWS core services (CloudFormation, IAM, ECS, ALB, Lambda, S3, RDS)Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principlesProficiency in GitHub Actions, YAML syntax, and CI/CD pipeline designGit proficiency and understanding of GitOps principlesServer Support & Documentation:Strong communication and documentation skills (critical requirement)Basic SQL query capabilities for database support tasksExperience with system monitoring and log file analysisProcess documentation and technical writing experienceAbility to write Python scripts for automation supportPreferred QualificationsDevOps Nice-to-Have:Angular Framework proficiency (latest versions 15+) with TypeScriptHTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and Angular Material experienceC# .NET Core development experienceAWS security best practices and compliance frameworksExperience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)Server Support Nice-to-Have:Experience with server health monitoring toolsKnowledge of CMDB systems (ServiceNow preferred)Confluence or similar documentation platform experienceBackground in technical debt assessment and remediationExperience with patch management and system upgradesWhat You'll Be DoingDevOps Responsibilities (Primary Focus):Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CDKBuild and maintain cloud infrastructure using TypeScript and AWS servicesManage multi-environment deployments (dev, staging, prod)Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsMaintain security best practices and manage secrets/access controlsCollaborate with development teams on deployment automationServer Support Responsibilities:Monitor internal server health and analyze log files for issuesDevelop and track ServiceNow tickets for system maintenance and database supportCreate comprehensive deployment checklists and process documentationMaintain CMDB updates in ServiceNow for accurate system inventoryDevelop and maintain Confluence pages for team processes and proceduresSupport patch management, system upgrades, and technical debt reduction
