The culture values collaboration, clear communication, and continuous learning for technology professionals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Augusta, GA. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications, with a focus on robust, scalable, and maintainable code. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, fixing defects, and refactoring existing components in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role involves participating in code reviews, writing automated tests, and contributing to technical documentation to ensure quality and consistency. The Software Engineer will also help analyze requirements, estimate work, and support deployments and production issue resolution as needed.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture concepts.Hands-on experience with Software Development and Programming in one or more modern languages (Preferred languages, Java, C#, Python, Rust).Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and integration with external services.Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, and/or automated testing) and debugging tools.Ability to work on-site in Augusta, GA, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization tools is a plus.
