We are working with a top-three global manufacturer in their product space that is looking for an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for their Elkin, NC plant. This facility has with 250+ personnel, is growing, and they need a strong leader to help as they continue to expand!What You'll DoCoordinate the direction and daily activities of maintenance staff on all shifts Coordinate and develop automation projects in all productive areas with a focus on continuous improvementManage an effective Total Productive Maintenance program throughout the facility in order to improve capacity utilization and productivity.Ensure a safe and healthful work environment by ensuring proper safety training, regular safety communications and meetings with area associates, and compliance to EHS requirements.
