Program Manager

Position: Program ManagerJob Location: Remote/ USJob Type: Full TimePosition Summary:We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Aladdin Migration initiativeswithin the Risk function. This role will be pivotal in ensuring end-to-end coordination acrossvarious workstreams, including Technology, Risk, and BlackRock teams. The individual willmanage complex projects, track milestones, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level visibilityon the overall program progress.The candidate will be required to support East Coast working hours to ensure effectivecollaboration with global stakeholders and partner teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee multiple projects under the Aladdin Migration program within Risk.Manage project timelines, dependencies, issues, and risks across multiple stakeholders.Develop and present executive-level program updates, status reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of migration milestones.Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.Ensure proper governance, documentation, and adherence to project management best practices.Provide subject-matter insights around Capital Markets and Risk to enable contextual and effective discussions.Required Skills And Experience:Understand the client’s business and functional domain to help deliver to their expectationsProven experience in Program Management, managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Exposure to Capital Markets, Risk Management, or related financial domains.Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage overlapping priorities.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.Prior experience with Aladdin or similar investment management platforms is an advantage.
