Job Title: Technical Trainer III – CompressionLocation: Williston, ND (Supporting Bakken Operations)Schedule: 5/2 (Monday–Friday), 40 hours/week (OT as approved)Duration: 1 YearJob SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Trainer III with extensive compression experience to support operations across the Bakken. This individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compression equipment, developing and delivering technical training programs that improve workforce competency, safety, and operational excellence.What They're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of hands-on oil & gas compression experienceStrong knowledge of compressor stations and compressor maintenanceExperience with Caterpillar 3500 and 3600 engines is highly preferredBroad knowledge of reciprocating compressors and associated equipmentPrevious experience mentoring or training technicians is preferredComfortable presenting to groups and conducting classroom and field trainingStrong communication and leadership skillsResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver technical training for compression personnelTrain new and experienced employees on compressor operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safetyCreate and maintain technical training materials and competency programsPartner with Training Advisors and Subject Matter Experts to improve curriculumSupport company training standards, compliance, and competency requirementsPromote safe and reliable operating practices throughout the organization
