We own the React Native platform, build and release infrastructure, Expo integration, and every shared surface in the app: authentication, account settings, the multi-product dashboard, and the core component library. We're a small, high-leverage team that makes every product team faster.The RoleThis is a leadership role for someone who wants to shape what mobile looks like at a fintech company in the middle of a major product evolution. You'll manage a team of 5 to 7 engineers and partner with a Principal PM to define the roadmap, drive architectural decisions, and build the platform every product team ships on.This is not a maintenance role.
