Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Teacher Assistant Director to oversee and enhance the educational programs within our institution. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to advance educational programs and institutional goals. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to support program needs. Manage daily operations of teaching staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development. Lead educational administration efforts, including curriculum development, compliance with accreditation standards, and quality assurance. Foster a positive leadership environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and encouraging innovative teaching methodologies. Collaborate with university partners and stakeholders to align programs with academic standards and industry trends. Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve educational quality. Requirements Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Strong background in education administration with a focus on curriculum development and program management. Expertise in strategic planning and budgeting to effectively oversee resources and initiatives. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Prior experience working within a university or higher education environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, students, and external partners. A passion for teaching, mentorship, and advancing educational excellence through innovative practices.
