Barista-Cashier Team Member (Anderson Location)

Looking for a cashier with barista experience(Mon-Sat 11:00pm-7:00pm or 2:00 pm-9:00 pm, Sun 7:00am-3:00pm, 10am-6pm ). Our counter staff will have opportunities to rotate through different positions in the future. Pay: Base is $10 based on experience and shift with tips range from $8-$10/hr. Total compensation ranges from $20/hr Requirements: 1+ years of barista experience 1+ years of POS experience in restaurant/cafe, Square POS preferred Bakery experience is a plus - familiar with baked goods and how to take cake orders Must be able to work on weekends and holidays Ability to work well under pressure, and without constant supervision Experience with prioritizing time and maintaining a fast speed of service Be able to work between 2 location (only 5 mins away) Duties: Taking orders in person or over the phone Help customers with pastries/cakes/desserts/sandwiches(Lunch) Help clean dishes with dishwasher Close store - sweeping, mopping, restocking, and cleaning espresso machine Benefits: Shift Meals Employee Discounts Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
