Job DetailsDescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Monitors daily raw material usage across production lines and compare against production output.Track and report variances between planned and actual material consumption.Conduct regular audits of raw material use, storage, and losses.Identify trends in material overuse or loss and recommend corrective actions.Maintain accurate consumption data in SAP.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on raw material usage and efficient metrics.All other miscellaneous duties as assignedSkillsUnderstanding of production processes and material flow.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to handle multiple priorities, results driven and self-motivatedDependability, accountability, and responsiveness are essentialProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAPEducationHigh School degree or equivalent required, associate or degree preferred.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Organizational RelationshipReports directly to Inventory Manager -Tuesday -SaturdayFrom 11:00pm to 7:30am
