Shipping Associate – Temporary | Madison, WIPay: $19.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMAssignment Length: Temporary (July through approximately mid-October)Adecco is hiring for a Shipping Associate with one of our clients in Madison, WI. This temporary opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, staying organized, and supporting customer orders in a clean and professional environment.This role is primarily focused on preparing and shipping eyeglasses while ensuring accuracy throughout the fulfillment process. There will also be limited customer service support, including answering phones and taking messages during the late afternoon.Responsibilities:Package eyeglasses and prepare outgoing shipmentsPrint, organize, and match shipping labels with invoicesEnsure orders are completed accurately and efficientlyPerform light assembly/disassembly of lenses and framesAnswer incoming calls and take messages as neededStand for much of the shift while completing tasksPreferred Qualifications:6 months–1 year of previous shipping or fulfillment experience preferredExperience using FedEx shipping software is a plusComfortable using computers and navigating basic systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyReliable, organized, and customer-service orientedWhy Apply?Consistent Monday–Friday scheduleClean and straightforward work environmentGreat short-term opportunity to gain experience and earn steady payInterested?
