Full Stack Developer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial institution, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to help bolster their team. This is a contract position with a high probability of turning into a full time hire.Position Summary: Team is building a new complaint management and case management platform from the ground up to centralize and manage customer complaints received through various channels, including contact center escalations, chat and messaging channels, customer surveys, social media complaints, executive escalation emails, regulatory complaints, and traditional mail.What the right candidate will enjoy:A hybrid environmentA chance to grow in your skills in a enterprise environmentGreat culture to be involved inWhat type of experience does the right candidate have:Full Stack experience with Golang and React or TypeScriptHands-on with RDS (Postgres, MySQL), schema migration tooling, and Redis for caching and pub/subExperience deploying to AWS — ECS Fargate, ALB, RDS, Secrets Manager, S3, ECR, CloudWatchComfortable with Terraform (private module registries, multi-region, multi-account dev/non-prod/prod patterns) and GitLab CI/CD pipelines (terraform-plan/apply, image scanning, kaniko builds)Experience using AI tooling (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation, test scaffolding, and day-to-day engineering automationExperience with integrations of CRM and Case Management products such as SalesforceWhat the responsibilities are of the right candidate:Build features for a case management and workflow systemApply distributed-systems thinking to keep the platform scalable, reliable, and resilientEstablish coding best practices across repos, conduct constructive peer code reviews, and own the CI/CD, test, and release pipelines in GitLabPartner with DevOps on the Terraform infrastructure to deploy code to AWSContribute to AI-driven workflows (LangGraph agents, RAG knowledge retrieval) and the GoRules decision engine that powers case-routing and policy logicTriage production and integration issues
