Maintenance Technician- Injection Molding - 3rd Shift

This position will apply knowledge of Mechanical and Controls Technologies to new and existing processes to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Direct and/or participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities. They will train, coach, and mentor manufacturing and technical personnel.Technical Position QualificationsStrong Mechanical Aptitude.Injection Molding Machine Repair and Maintenance.Fault finding and Trouble Shooting Experience.Heater Controls, Valve Gate Controls and Thermolators.Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and prints.Over Head Crane and Forklift Operations.Hydraulics and Pneumatics.Optical, Inductive, Capacitive sensors.Contactors, starters, relays, switches.Power supplies and transformers.Motors and Motor starters.Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Knowledge of Common Machine Guarding Devices.
