Leipertz is dedicated to delivering exceptional results tailored to each client’s vision and needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Richmond, VA. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project timelines, managing logistics, handling inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, expediting project deliverables, and leading project teams. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Hands-on experience with Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to direct and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects is highly desirable.Proficiency in Procore project management software and tools is an advantage.
