Our child-centered approach incorporates differentiated instruction, collaborative learning, and project-based learning to foster deep understanding and meaningful engagement.Our students develop a strong sense of identity, refined character, and a deep commitment to engaging in life as dedicated members of Klal Yisrael.Position Overview This position may be part-time or full-time and involves working with students in grades 1–5 within a supportive, collaborative school environment.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Student Support Team to address students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needsProvide short-term individual counseling for students with social-emotional and executive functioning challengesFacilitate small groups focused on skill-building and coping strategiesConduct brief psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings to support admissions and academic planningPartner with teachers, administrators, and outside providers to develop and implement targeted intervention plansDevelop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)Provide crisis intervention and school-wide support as neededDesign and implement social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum and related programmingLead parent and faculty workshops and trainingsQualifications PhD or PsyD in School Psychology, or LCSW preferredExperience with teacher consultation, psychological evaluation, and behavioral planningStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
