Travelling Special Education Teacher

Every Special Child is seeking dedicated Travelling Special Education Teachers to join our campuses anywhere in California As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. Your role will involve creating individualized education plans and providing support to help students develop essential skills. Assignment Details: Special Education Teacher No of positions: 30+ Age Group: K-12 Case Load: Will be discussed Start Date : ASAP No. Of Working Hours: 37.5 billable hours No. Of Working Days: 186 Location and Zip Code: Any where in California Duties: >Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs >Adapt general education lessons to meet the needs of students with disabilities > Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly >Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student learning >Provide direct instruction in various subjects such as math, language arts, science, and social studies >Utilize behavioral health strategies to address challenging behaviors ->Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Requirements: >Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field >State certification in Special Education >Experience working with children with disabilities >Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning >Familiarity with child welfare laws and regulations >Ability to educate students with diverse needs including those with deaf education requirements >Strong communication and interpersonal skills >Background in physical education or childcare is a plus Join us in making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
