Role Summary:
This role owns the physical truth of inventory across warehouse and site laydown areas.
The Inventory & Site Logistics Administrator ensures all materials are received, tracked, issued, and reconciled accurately, without relying on project teams or drivers to self-manage materials.
This role is execution-focused and does not make purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Receiving
Receive all inbound materials at warehouse or site laydown areas
Verify quantities against packing lists
Flag discrepancies immediately (missing / damaged / incorrect items)
Ensure materials are logged and traceable upon receipt
Material Issuing & Control
Issue materials to field teams, superintendents, or drivers upon authorized request
Maintain clear sign-out / issue records
Prevent uncontrolled or undocumented material pickup
Site & Warehouse Coordination
Maintain physical organization of warehouse and laydown areas
Support urgent on-site material needs when purchasing lead is occupied
Act as the on-site material point-of-truth during execution pressure
Inventory Accuracy
Maintain real-time inventory visibility for Nick
Escalate potential shortages or inconsistencies early
Support inventory audits and cleanups as requested
What This Role Does NOT Do
Does NOT place purchase orders
Does NOT negotiate pricing
Does NOT communicate with vendors
Does NOT take PM instructions directly
All requests flow through Nick.

Detail-oriented, reliable, execution-first mindset
Comfortable enforcing process under pressure
Able to say “no” when material is not properly authorized
Willing to escalate early rather than silently compensating
Working Style Expectation
This role values accuracy over speed, and process over heroics.
If something is unclear, escalation is expected. Not improvisation.
