This position involves hands-on installation work, loading materials, and maintaining job site safety and cleanliness.ResponsibilitiesInstall batt and blown-in insulation materialsAssist Lead Technician with daily job tasksLoad and unload insulation materials and equipmentPrepare and clean job sites before and after installationWork in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areasFollow safety procedures and company standardsMaintain tools and equipmentRequirementsPrevious insulation or construction experience preferred (but not required — willing to train the right candidate)Ability to lift 50+ lbsComfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work as part of a teamValid driver's license preferredThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
